As a psychologist, I love how curiosity gives us somewhere to put our attention when we’re worried about saying the “right” thing. A simple “What was that like for you?” gives someone room to feel heard, especially when we listen to their answer. And you’re allowed to share yourself, too. You don’t have to carry the whole conversation to deserve connection. 🤍 I share more about self-trust and easing the pressure to be liked on my page.
