Another reading is that it adds leverage to a system that may need to become worse before the forced transition to digital asset infrastructure becomes politically viable. Ripple publicly advocates for the Clarity Act while simultaneously building a moat that makes them dominant with or without it. Actions and stated positions do not always point in the same direction. Both patterns are worth observing independently.
