Correct. Israel does not have a legal “right to exist” under international law. No state does. Zionists ignore law. The ICJ has ruled that Israel’s continued presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is unlawful, that Israel is not entitled to sovereignty over any part of that territory on account of its occupation, and that it must end its unlawful presence as rapidly as possible. So no, Israel has no legal “right to exist” Its continued presence in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967 is unlawful under international law.
