Off topic but how do you get hair jewelry to not get swallowed up by your hair? Whenever I try to use long pieces of jewelry and anchor it to a braid, the piece gets partially covered by the braid. If I use a braid from the bottom section of my hair, the jewelry gets swallowed up by the rest of my hair.
