I had 4 premolar extractions and I still currently have my braces on, I’ve noticed that my palate is quite narrow, my tongue is slowly running out of space and my breathing has become more shallow. Do you think it’s worth asking them for some type of expander to be installed? I’m worried about them rejecting the idea completely, I’m about a year into my braces and I still have gaps from the extractions

About 95% of all braces users have done it already.. pls can you make suggestions on how to correct it? Palette expanders ? Another set of braces ?

Mine took these teeth but only on the buttom they said its because they had Connected roots with the teeth next to them. Is it still as bad were they still in the wrong?
