About 12 years ago, I asked God to fix my husband. I was on my last nerve with him. Then that small voice spoke to me and said, how about we work on you first! I spent the next two years digging deep into my Bible, letting God prune a lot of stuff off of me. It hurt physically,emotionally. I am not perfect. There’s still a lot of things I need to do better at. But I am so thankful that I am not the same person. I was all those years ago. And I found I have a lot more patience for my husband than I thought I did.❤️

I’m in this season! I pray differently today. I admit, I chose me, over Him. I ask for His disciplining correction in my life. Buckle up brothers and sisters. He will honor your prayer! It’s been a heck of a ride!! I will not change that prayer. Trust the Lord!! He’s GOOD! Even when it looks like, you’re the only person in the ocean!!!
