Save yourself some money on garden soil and make a better soils for your plants at the same time. Use old tree trunks and branches on the bottom and fill it 2/3’s full of scrap wood and then put the dirt on top. The tree trunks and branches soak up the water and help keep soil moist. Plus the tree material brings in more beneficial worms and other bugs to help out your garden!
