really early on, read a children's story book, I had one called cuentos para sonar, which was full of the stories you already know in English like Cinderella, the ugly duckling, etc... the language is simple and you already have the context so you can work out what the words mean

I absolutely love the books from Juan Fernández which start with Hola Lola, level A1 up to books for C1 learners. The humour is great and I have found my speaking has improved greatly since working my way through them.

Video came at a perfect time for me, I’m almost a year into learning and about 900 hours of input, so am starting to read. Gonna look into those ones you recommended for B1-B2 level which is where I am right now

Hola, James. Echa un vistazo a “Kill the Spanish” es un formato de relatos cortos muy divertido que progresa del nivel A1 al C2 a lo largo de 365 días; está genial.

I actually found Relato de un naufrago challenging (vocabulary). I’m currently ready Solito by Javier Zamora. Def would recommend!
