To stop the sides going crusty and to keep the cake extra MOIST… wrap the cakes in clingfilm 10 minutes after they’ve come out of the oven x

When I bake a cake I do circles on the bottom then cut strips for the side, so grease the sides then put your strips of paper onto the greased sides so it sticks and your cakes will be neat and not crusty bits 🥰
