I have had flu and Covid at the same time…it is rough. I swear the tamiflu helped so much…and I drank a ton of body armor. Feel better soon!!!!

Hey! So washing hands is great, but not super helpful for respiratory viruses which are airborne and spread by breathing them in. The best prevention is wearing a high quality mask when sharing public air. The flu usually has a fall/winter wave and covid is spread year round, with 2 major waves being end of summer and during the winter. Hope you feel better soon! I’m sure the flu and Covid at the same time is brutal 😢

Washing hands does nothing to mitigate COVID since it’s airborne. The Flu is too. You should really be masking to prevent spread to other people with an N95 mask or a high quality mask. Hope you feel better soon.

You could simply protect your own health. It’s very easy to do just people choosing sickness instead of just wearing a respirator mask went out and about. It’s not a big deal but would save your health.
