INGREDIENTS: ● Loaf of bread – 1 pc ● Cooked sausage or ham – 150 g ● Hard cheese – 150 g ● Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp ● Sour cream or Greek yogurt – 1 tbsp ● Eggs – 3 pcs ● Salt – to taste ● Vegetable oil – for frying ● Butter – 20 g INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut the loaf into thick slices, making alternating cuts: cut all the way through, then make the next cut without going all the way through, and repeat. This will create small bread pockets. Repeat with the whole loaf. You should get about 7–8 pockets. 2. Grate the cooked sausage or ham and hard cheese on a coarse grater.
