@insidethemood: husseinchalayanofficial Spring/Summer 2016 show at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Paris, October 2015. Two models stood on small elevated platforms beneath ceiling apertures. As water poured down over them, the outer garments — white, thigh-length jackets/shirt dresses — dissolved in real time, the fibers liquefying and falling away. Underneath, the models wore garments cut from coated technical fabric printed with black crackle graphics, featuring integrated vertical zippers along the side seams, thick black stitching, and appliqué motifs with Swarovski crystals attached below. Today @oliviarodrigo for her “Unraveled” Tour recreates that magic on stage with the help of Hussein himself 😍 …and from now on this won't be the dissolving dress anymore — it'll be the unraveled one!
