i don’t think you’re taking all the facts into consideration 😭 You’re explaining how water can be found in the lungs, but wasn’t it stated that there was no water found in his airway, or throat and that drowning was ruled out?? And you’re saying his body showed effects of being in water or “drowning,” but he was literally found in water, so wouldn’t it make sense that his body would show effects from being submerged regardless of whether he actually drowned? and let’s not even talk abt all the other evidence found when it comes to this case… an accidental drowning makes no sense atp

In all honesty I have been following this case lightly, but I didn't realize he was already so decomposed when they found him. Why was I under the impression they found him quickly? I'm sure being partially in water sped up the process, but still

What’s confusing is that saying indeterminate and saying drowning are two different things. If it’s difficult to determine cause of death, OK. But some are saying cause of death is drowning and that is confusing to ppl bc the evidence doesn’t seem to support that. Seems more just inconclusive.
