@hustlersnthehood: Dr. Travan Jasper and Dr. Travis Jasper grew up in Richmond, Virginia, as some of the poorest kids on their block. No running water. They used to go get water from one of the parks. When they were 12, their uncle was in the hospital with his liver failing. They were scared. The doctor told them their uncle was getting what he deserved. They talked about it right there in the hallway and decided they could do better than that doctor. They finished high school as co-valedictorians, went to Stanford, then medical school at the University of Chicago. In April they came back home and became co-directors of the emergency room at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond. One wears green scrubs, one wears purple, so the patients can tell them apart.
