city of Cincinnati & Hamilton Co Sheriff has been "in review" regarding Flock cameras.
but also....zoom to the Cincinnati north eastern suburbs, specifically Kenwood/Blue Ash/Madeira etc find more blueberry 67 spots. it's definitely concerning. There are at least a dozen around Kenwood Mall alone. A new one just popped up on my street in blue ash (very low crime btw), pointing directly at a park, specifically aimed at little league ball field at the entrance of said park 👀

So, the flock cameras might be contracted through individual villages or towns. For example, the flocks around Hyde Park, located on the map with Rookwood Commons, could have nothing to do with the City of Cincinnati’s camera system, and be monitored by the Village.

Cincinnati is interesting- there’s the city and business lines of Cincinnati and then the “greater Cincinnati area” which includes townships which are like their own little cities? I’m from a place originally without townships so that was new to us moving here. But blue ash, Loveland, Madeira, etc., basically all operate independently but are “under” greater Cincinnati but aren’t the actual city lines of Cincinnati. That may be why it says it doesn’t use flock but specific townships may have a flock contract.

There’s been a flock type of camera in front of our ex local weather man Steve Raleigh’s house for years now. Corner of Need Rd and Cleves Warsaw on Cincinnati’s Westside. I’ve been driving past it for at least 3 full years, maybe more
