This happened to me like a decade ago! A lovely woman stopped me and commented that she loved my top and coat colour combo, and she just wanted to tell me! It gave me a huge boost that day that I really needed! We always have time to be positive and kind ❤️

I walked past a lady when inwas walking into my office and she had the most beautiful bag and I told her how much I loved it - when I tell you her face lit up & then she told me a whole story about how she got it. So lovely & we both enjoyed that small but meaningful interaction. The older I get the more i realise how important human connection is ❤️

I've started making an effort to tell ppl they look great when they do and have fun when I can tell they're on their way out etc, it's like the best feeling to just say it and be joyful

When I used to go out on the evenings (back in the good old days 🥰) I used to make sure I complimented 3 people each night. Especially if they’re looking a little awkward/quiet and out of the group. It literally takes 5 seconds of your day to make someone else’s.
