I can’t see how anyone who actually played hockey would have a problem with the tuck. The ONLY reason this rule makes sense is if they’re planning on advertising on the bottom at some point. Numbers are on sleeves and helmet as well as gloves and pants sometimes. Deception? You think the opposition coach won’t recognize Zegras if he untucks?? The argument is silly and sad. Unprofessional? A lot of the best players of all time tucked. Hockey isn’t polo or cricket. It’s hockey. Is this the same group shouting to get rid of fighting?

So silly. My kid skates and his jersey naturally gets tucked as he moves. Not every shift , but he pulls it out. Repeat. They should really just focus on calling head shots.
