I had a certain kind of pain during ovulation that had lasted years. It was quite uncomfortable but I’d concluded that it was ovulation crumps. Then one day i just decided to do home workouts regularly just to keep fit. Idk how the two correlate but for some reason, I stopped getting that uncomfortable pain. It disappeared forever.

I always eat an excessive amount of chocolate during my visit from Aunt Flow. Between that and water makes me feel soooo much better my guy friends just give me the judgemental look for eating a whole bag of Halloween Reese’s like mind ya business 😂

Interesting to me is that the farther east a country is from US the better the natural remedies, better food quality and less health issues among their citizens or at least they have preventive old remedies from their ancestors that work. Then you have the Pacific Ocean separating us from their knowledge

I noticed when I travel outside the states I don’t even feel when my cycle is coming. It’s almost painless. When I’m home in the states it feels like I’m crossing over to the other side every single month

I need this because my periods was so bad 🫣😓I started eating healthy and making my own mealprep and can see a difference in me and when I have my period. Going strong 3 years now. Cutting out sugar and eating healthy cooked meal, not do I just look good but I feel good as well. It was difficult for me and I struggled but staying consistent is the key.
