I really enjoyed The Honeycrisp Orchard Inn, so I was excited to see a second book in the series. I remember liking Maria in the first book, but I do wish I had read the books closer together because I didn’t remember as much from the first book as I would have liked. Overall, I enjoyed this one. It’s your standard cute holiday read with a slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers romance. The holiday setting was cozy and festive, and I enjoyed watching the relationship develop. That said, the first 50% or so felt pretty slow and repetitive for me. It took a while for the story to really pick up, and I found myself wishing things would move along a little faster. #BookTok #bookish #arcreader #holidayreads #romancereader
