Are any of your recipes set it and forget it? Every one I’ve watched has been set it to high for a couple hours and then lower it. I work 10 hour days with a 30 minute lunch and 30 minute commute each way so I’m gone for like 11 to 12 hours a day and can’t be home to change the temp

Made this tonight. It's an easy one to tweak slightly for your families taste buds. It was really good, I was worried it wasn't thick enough, then I remembered to have patience, and 5 minutes later, perfection!

I wanted to like this. I really did. I am going to try it again. But next time I'm leaving out the instant mashed potatoes. For me, it left the meal grainy. It was a texture thing for me. If I choose to thicken it at all next time I will just make a slurry. Keep the recipes coming!

This is absolutely nothing like the veg soup at dixie stampede. Maybe if you subbed the beef with chicken and removed the sausage. Then it would be like the soup with the chicken they serve
