@cookwithchefharris: Mama Thai Boat Noodle. My Rebalance Recipe for a more Flavorful Soupy Broth. This is very Common in Our Culture to Rebalance any Noodle Dishes. Especially when it comes to any kind of Instant Noodles, However; Many Foreigners to Our Culture is New to this Rebalancing Game. Many Reviewers including Myself, agrees that the Broth is Bland once you add more then 1 Cup of Water. Problem is that their is very No or to Little Broth left in Order to make this Delicious and Savory. So Here is My Recipe for Beginners. Cook 1 Packet of Instant Boat Noodle Package (Follow Package Instructions, using only 2 Cup of Water). Next add 1-2 Tbsp of Beef Paste (Shown on Video). - Add to your Liking or Saltiness. Start with 1 Tbsp Spoon first. Taste! And add up to another 1 Tbsp. Lastly add 1 Tsp of Fish Sauce. 1 Tsp of Fried Garlic Oil, Chili Oil (Both Optional) Mix in well. Shut off the Heat and Enjoy! For a More Balanced Meal. If you want. You can add: Blanched Bean Sprouts. Sliced Chinese Broccoli Gai Lan. Beef Meatballs, and any kind of Protein. I just had the same Thai boat noodle last night . I added meatballs and grilled steak in. It was delicious! 😋 Can’t go wrong with eating Thai boat noodles ! It’s very flavorful, it comes in a package. 🥰
