Went for the first time 3 weeks ago for neck pain bc PT wasn’t helping. MRI does show arthritis in shoulder and between C2 and C3. I cancelled remaining appts this past week bc I came away from there each time w/ more pain. Maybe that’s to be expected BUT this little voice told me to stop going. “This” post is very very sad. I think that little voice might have been protecting me.

This happened to two people I know! I’ll go to a Chiropractor but won’t let them touch my neck! Sometimes when they crack the neck, it splits a vein in two, causing a stroke! Please don’t do it, it’s true!

My wife kept having debilitating frozen neck and would go to the chiro. It would temporarily help them slowly got worse and worse. I finally convinced her to stop going, stretch and strengthen and all of it went away permanently

I happened to run into a long time friend in the gym, she was then practicing chiropractic, she gave me a message, 2 hours later, my face was in a sharp pain and went to hospital middle of the night.
