hi my furst tine commenting. i live your smile. such anazing posts. i have been diagnised with vascular denentia im age 60yrs and luve alone. i have an amazing family. as you probably know even surrounded be people your mind has usolated you from the situations of family meets. i feel vulnerable! its a new feeling for me. do you get this? does it continue? im ok i get sad but every morning i start with pisitive happy attitude. 😄xxx

It’s been most helpful when you share your experiences of what’s going on in your mind in various situations. Usually people don’t tell us these things . We try to guess and tip toe around them when it’s clear we can see their anxious ect Rest has also been important Many of my caregivers keep saying they need to engage their loved one with something to do Like the senior center or activities with total strangers then I hear alls they do is sleep all day ! 😳 appreciate both of you sharing n the humor is added touch 😏
