I’ve always said it’s absolute BS when they go into gridlock and shut down, sometimes for months on end, because they can’t get their shit together and agree on something. So they just… stop working. And get PAID to not work. I wish my job just let me refuse to collaborate and work as a team, shut everything down, then go home and still get paid and full benefits for months a time. What a freaking scam.
