please reach out to someone. most men that are between 15-29 don’t. i am 17 years old and i wasn’t strong enough to reach out to someone. i wrote letters and was lucky enough to have someone find them. that person saved my life. my friend has attempted to take his own life before. i was there for him when he couldn’t reach out to someone. please reach out to someone. there are hotlines. one of the most used hotlines is 988. they are very resourceful and are very very helpful. a lot of teens use them for help. if you or anyone you know are struggling, please reach out to someone. god bless yall. have a goodnight.
