That rash looks a little like perorial dermatitis. I get it when my skin reacts badly to ingredients, especially ones I’m sensitive to and allergic to. Went thru allergy testing at my derm and onc EI eliminated those ingredients, skin has never looked better.

Tbh I would stop using the toner and see if it goes away, it might be nothing but you could be developing some sore of dermatitis or allergic reaction to it

Gia! Those dry bumps around your nose are perioral dermatitis. It’s caused by too much product that’s not reacting well w your skin. See your derm asap so they can get you an ointment.
