@brina_bakes: DOUGH: 1 cup soft butter  2 eggs  1 cup granulated sugar  1 cup brown sugar  2 tsp vanilla extract  3 + 1/2 tsp baking powder  3 cups AP flour  CINNA FILLING: White sugar  Brown sugar  Cinnamon  Water  FROSTING: Heavy cream  Granulated sugar  Powdered sugar  INSTRUCTIONS: Cream the Base: Cream together 1 cup soft butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup white sugar, and 1 cup brown sugar in a stand mixer.  Add Wet & Dry Ingredients: Mix in 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3 + 1/2tsp baking powder, and 3 cups all-purpose flour until combined.  Add Cinnamon mix: Mix up the cinnamon filling (white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water) mix a bit of it directly into the dough while combining, then drizzle in the rest. I scooped with an ice cream scooper to get those big cookies Bake: Bake at 350°F for 17 minutes Drizzle: Whisk heavy cream, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar together for the frosting drizzle, then pour over warm cookies :)
