I swear by using a straightener for long lasting curls, clamp it and spin all the way down and boom you have yourself a curl

I went and got it professionally done for hoco and prom bc A. I wasn’t gonna risk having to do this and B. If it fell out, it wasn’t my fault and I couldn’t be mad at myself 🤷🏻♀️😭

Clip the curls up guys!! Curl it and then the second it’s of the iron pin it up and leave it for at least 20 minutes (I like to leave it for several hours so it lasts) and then hairspray that mf once you take the pins out!!

May I suggest some strong hold hair spray. It will be crispy but leave it until your ready to leave then kinda brush with your fingers to make it softer
