I live in the Houston area. On my street, 3 houses are for sale and 1 for rent. The one for rent was up for a month but someone moved in last week. The ones for sale have been available for 2-4 months now. Very unusual.

I believe this will be worse than 2008. Most recent homeowners are upside down and can’t sell for what they paid. It will be very very bad, but necessary.
