Camera guy is hiding the pen under his left hand. The cap slides down the pen so it looks the pen is fully sliding into the box. There are springs that run around the outside of the box that pushes a separate pen nub out of the other side.

Yes, you slide the cap in your left hand over the pen, only in the you push it a little bit in the box, a mechanism with I thin pin in the top thin connextion pushes against a a small second pen inside the right part of the case so it pops out. It's real but fake 🤷

its in the pen, theres a sping that gets pushed by the cap that makes it poke out the other end. Everyone who showcases this trick uses the exact same pen
