IM SORRY according to Google : A 4,500W electric motor typically propels a light vehicle like an electric dirt bike to a top speed of 40 to 55 mph.. But i think the finger printing was a bit much .. But 40 - 55 mph is also to fast for a 11 yr old.. So I think i would of taken the boy and bike home and told his parents.. He's too young to ride it.. And if i catch him on the road again i'm charging them the parents with Child endangerment !!!!

Shame on you officers shame on you guys. That means they had nothing to do but the harass and 11 year-old that work hard for his money to buy a bike and they took it fingerprint him. I hope God bless this little fella get his bike back get his life together bad situation with police officers that 11 year-old they need to go back to school find those offices something to do. I think a kid that worked his butt off to buy something he wanted, a kid was going fishing. I think cops should have talked to him an cut him a break. He is working a fishing he is not inside on a dang computer or video games. Hats off to you young man!
