Its ok for your baby to act like a baby regardless of if you are in public or not. Those that have a problem should not go in public.

I work im customer service and every time someone apologizes for their baby or toddler I always respond with "Dont worry, I probably did that to my parents too."

I get anxiety and rush him to the RR. If there is no RR, we just leave 😭 I do not feel comfortable having a fussy baby in public. Especially at a restaurant. People pay a lot of $$ to enjoy a nice meal & atmosphere.

both of those things should not be happening at the same time... If you're out on a dinner with your husband leave your baby at home with their grandma or get a babysit her... learn to enjoy your spouse.. Because one day those kids will grow up with me gone and you're going to be left with each other and you better like each other still

Honestly I go out to eat and there’s normally at least one crying baby or cutting up toddler. I mind my business bc it’s not that big a deal to me. It’s no different then the loud ahh people talking trash abt their coworkers

Oh girl this is me, luckily I can just pop a boobie in her mouth most times but sometimes she fights the boob so then we’re sitting there she’s screaming while I’m fondling my boob tryna gettin her mouth.. while in public… yeah we just laugh through the embarrassment 😮‍💨😮‍💨

A baby crying and a kid screaming are NOT the same thing.

We took our daughter out like this, we didn’t use iPads & suffered a screaming toddler too. and now have a very well mannered 4 year old who knows how to behave and speak with adults when we’re all out to dinner, this is part of the learning process for all of you, not just the baby. It’ll pay off and (mostly) get easier [Red heart]

My husband and I would switch who was holding the baby when we hung out in public. But I get not wanting your baby to be fussy.

I feel like the truth of there should be childfree spaces AND that public environments should be for everyone including children , can coexist. You shouldn’t worry about your child being fussy, children will be children and they should be part of society unless it isnt a safe space for them

If I’m being honest, I’d the one laughing making a joke. Not at you, at your babies choice of vocalizations. As someone with lots of siblings a screaming baby is nothing to be ashamed of or frowned upon. We all started as one🤷‍♀️

A little 1-2 oz of warm milk usually does the trick to get my baby girls eyes to finally close down. Then remove the bottle.

See if I see another Mama with a fussy baby I'm not going to be rude I'd actually probably ask if I can do anything for her? I have a baby too I get it! Why are some of you so mean? babies deserve to be out of the house too??
