The problem with the QR codes is that it made lines for the stuff last year was good but the year before was great . The problem with the QR codes is I didn’t want to wait in line so I didn’t try there product. Last year I bought a lot of stuff because I liked the free sample and I didn’t have to wait in line

Fitness industry is at a high and went to fittest in Tampa near me and I was extremely disappointed with that part of it. Even through its a def smaller venue they had so many options going but so little vendors/ etc. The small companies were very nice, was able to pick up some niche stuff

A good tip is to wait until the last 30 minutes, that’s when you’ll get the most free stuff there’s a lot of stuff they don’t want to bring back with them so they just give it out for free. I got 2 whole tubs of creatine and a 12 pack of energy drinks. Also going early helps you can hit all the booths multiple times a day. I really only looted Saturday so I could’ve gotten more. Yeah they’re more defensive giving stuff away depending on the booth but the key is to be strategic navigating the expo. I’m kinda glad i didn’t get more I have almost no more room left in my luggage 😭
