Paul has openly said why he split with DC Lee. He was dropped by he’s record label and suffering with depression, he turned to drink and commented that he just didn’t have the passion for music like he once had and needed the break he took from it.After having to fund he’s own record label to produce he’s own music. He would go on to produce the album Heavy Soul. Paul commented that this album was about he’s break up and the struggles he was facing at the time. It’s a brilliant album also.
