Technically no, they used loopholes. The heavenly principles doesn’t see “natural” phenomena as an act rewriting fate. Nahida replaced irminsul which would render the burning null since a replacement was present. Focalor used the loophole of furina acting as a hydro archon to k herself and the archonhood in the process. And khaenriah’s fall was punished by hp and his dormancy was caused by the 3rd descender so idk what youre on. Shades are free to do as they wish with their lives as long as their use of their authority is within the bounds set by hp but we dont know if it is enough to awaken the heavenly principles
