Her son was not a gang member and did everything right but he was still affected by violence because we are all connected at the end of the day. People think “mind your own business”, “don’t worry about it “, “raise your own kids”, etc. If someone else isn’t raising their kids well it’s hurting us all. The shooters parents or guardians suck and they don’t even care. Look how these paths crossed all cause some gang banger tried to be tough.
