Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Tacos 🌮🍯 Crispy, sticky, cheesy, loaded w/ creamy jalapeño ranch Ingredients For the Chicken: 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper For the Sticky Hot Honey Garlic Sauce: ⅓ cup honey 2 tbsp hot sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp soy sauce ½ tsp red pepper flakes For the Creamy Jalapeño Ranch: ½ cup ranch dressing 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped 1 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp chopped cilantro For the Tacos: 8 small flour tortillas 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage ½ cup diced tomatoes ¼ cup diced red onion Fresh cilantro Lime wedges Instructions 1️⃣ Season and Cook the Chicken Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
