How can you supposedly be aware of every piece of information relating to this case and come up with these theories? It’s already independently established he didn’t get onto the boat, nor did he have any injuries that would suggest a fall that causes death. They returned next day with his body? So while everyone is looking for Nolan they returned to the island to dump his body? The reality is on a day where everyone is partying and drinking, someone going under and not coming back up would be a very real possibility. People drown around other people even without alcohol incolved. Add drinking, the large amount of ppl on the island that day, and how drowning can be deceptively quiet it’s pretty obvious what happened that day. Also the currents around horn island are known to be treacherous. There is no physical evidence to suggest any altercation.

There’s a woman on here who is a former CSI investigator called Amy Santoro I believe. She says that the injury to Nolan’s head was superficial and would not have caused his death. She also says that you can drown without having water in your lungs. she even posted stats one study showed that 61% of people who drowned had water in their lungs leaving 39% without. She says that a diagnosis of drowning is an exclusionary diagnosis and that basically they concluded that he drowned because there was no other evidence of injury to his body that would cause his death. I really don’t know what to make of all of this?

I’m open to many theories after reading and watching so much. However, I do think everyone is too laser focused on one theory. I’m leaning more towards option one. My reasons at this time are 1: the forensic investigation verified the call is valid, and the lawyer representing 3 of the friends alluded to the background noise coming from another boat almost insinuating this is why I’m confident in saying these 3 specifically are cleared. 2: there’s a very brief stop on the gps reconstruction from Nolan’s phone for about 5 mins in a small patch of marshy land that’s not on the DMR report where I can speculate they may have dropped his body and went back to retrieve it at a later time to then bring it back to the island. 3: we know at minimum 2 boats were traveling together but we only got gps from the one everyone is focusing on. The other was only able to recover wave patterns and power on/off data as if it had been scrubbed bc that’s more likely the one where something nefarious occurred and apparently the person operating that boat was the first to try to distance himself from even being in the area that day and whose name is conveniently redacted from one version of the call and not others.

If it was not option one though, how was his phone unlocked with face ID when it was on the boat after having left the island at 2.17/2.18? Or have i misunderstood that we know his phone was on a boat on the ocean at that time? … also … I have no doubt that 15 young people and their families can cover something like this up. Its done over and over again … and to me it also seems like the simplest option/ocams razor … it just does not make sense to me that he would stay on the island without his friends or his phone … he would know he is vulnerable put there- sad, but true

You mentioned option #2 is way more likelier, b/c it would only involve the police in the cover up. But wouldn’t it also involve the DA’s office in the cover up, since she’s the one who believes there’s no foul play or crime that was committed? Also, if he decided to catch a ride with a different boat wouldn’t it be more likelier that he would have taken his flip flops and his phone? How do you reconcile the messages being deleted in his snap group chat, if he didn’t have access to it, and neither did boat #2?

The only correction is that there being no white blood cells doesn’t mean the head trauma was the cause of death it means that the head trauma couldn’t have happened more than 4 hours before he passed,, I absolutely believe that something happened to him there, what I can’t figure out though is if not the drowning then what did kill him? Because the head trauma he sustained wasn’t deadly, there was no fracture to the skull. Either way even if he did drown I don’t think it was an accident but yeah there’s so many question marks

Getting knocked out isn’t a cause of death - for someone to die there would need to be a skull fracture or a hemorrhage in the brain of which an autopsy would easily find
