Tbt my ex told me he had an issue with drinking. I didn’t realize how serious it was, so I would ask him to drink with me. It was his choice, but I initiated a relapse. I understood afterwards and I felt awful. Transparency would have helped - hell I didn’t ever need to drink myself. But it’s also so important to be aware of how slippery that slope can get. Thanks

also, being a recovered alcoholic, who has been sober for an extended period of time, and then drinks again, can have some serious health consequences!! any sober relapse can severely harm your body more then it did when you actively used. stay safe 🫶🫶
