@mamasskueche: Menemen 🇹🇷🍅🍳 📌 Zutaten: 6 Eier 🥚 400g Spitzpaprika (grün) 🫑 3 Fleischtomaten 🍅 30g Butter 🧈 1,5 TL Salz 🧂 1/2 TL Chilipulver 🌶️ 1/2 TL Paprikapulver (edelsüß) 1/2 TL Pfeffer 📌 Zubereitung: - Spitzpaprika in kleine Stücke schneiden und ohne Fett in einer Pfanne anrösten. - 30g Butter sowie kleingewürfelte Tomaten und 1 TL Salz dazugeben und mit geschlossenem Deckel bei mittlerer Hitze 10-15 Minuten köcheln lassen. - Anschließend mit jeweils 1/2 TL Chilipulver, Paprikapulver und Pfeffer würzen, ehe die mit 1/2 TL Salz verquirlten Eier dazukommen. - Bei mittlerer Hitze etwas köcheln lassen, bis gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist - optional mit Chilipulver toppen. ⭐️ GEHEIMTIPP: Die Spitzpaprika ohne jegliches Fett oder Öl anbraten, sodass Röstaromen entstehen und den Geschmack intensivieren. 😍 ℹ️ Mengenangaben für 4 Personen. Bei euren Videos schmilzt mein Herz einfach jedes Mal dahin und das Essen sieht natürlich auch jedes Mal so unfassbar gut aus, dass mir sofort das Wasser im Mund zusammenläuft 🥹 Wenn ich zuschaue, passiert etwas Seltsames, aber Wunderschönes. Ich bin plötzlich wieder dieses kleine Kind, das felsenfest davon überzeugt war, man könnte einfach mit der Hand in den Bildschirm greifen und sich ein Stück von diesem warmen, mit Liebe gekochten Glück stibitzen 😬 Wie sehr man sich diese kindliche Magie manchmal zurückwünscht... Was mich aber am meisten berührt und jedes Mal tief im Inneren bewegt, ist die Art, wie Du Deine Mama nach jedem Gericht mit diesem liebevollen Handkuss ehrst. Das ist so voller Respekt, Dankbarkeit und tiefer Zuneigung. Ihr zeigt einfach, wie Familie sein sollte. Was für einige vielleicht übertrieben aussieht, ist Teil eurer Kultur und ich liebe es 😍 Danke, dass ihr diesen wertvollen Ort geschaffen habt. Macht unbedingt weiter so. Sevgilerimle ❤️

Wei himself remained by Xichun's side after her decision to relinquish the leashes of the rest of the Wu Branch in order to free Wei from his servitude to the Packs, demonstrating her kind nature and dedication to her friends and allies.
