Good evening, Hon. Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen. My name is Agutu Derick Oluoch, a 20-year-old from Homa Bay County. I come from a profoundly humble socio-economic background, and my circumstances have made this aspiration particularly significant to me. I was raised by my father after my mother tragically passed away while giving birth to me. Unfortunately, my father is currently unemployed and has very limited means of supporting our family.
