I’ve gotten a lot more intentional about what I do between wash days, especially because my biggest issue used to be keeping my ends from getting so dry and breaking. Here’s what I do consistently: • Scalp oil once a week — I massage it into my scalp and let it sit before washing. • Leave-in treatment every day — I use it through my lengths and ends to help keep my hair soft, smooth and moisturized, while also helping with frizz and breakage. • Oil on my ends daily — especially on the days they feel dry.
