Ok real question..it’s not guaranteed!!?? I ask as I’m about to go through a 7hr surgery to repair breaks and collapse of inner & outer left side, using doner cartilage. All I can imagine is looking like the main guy in the Fallout series!

In this day and age, why do we even care enough about a piercing to bully someone? Also Even if your nose was pierced…. Given the level of tattooing and the ear piercing, it would absolutely make sense. It fits with the vibe. Side note, what a cool device!!
