The ambience is simply impeccable, my instructor Tandee was so lovely and made me feel at home 💚 I got to enjoy their infused water and creamy vanilla matcha, which is one of the best I’ve had. I also got grip socks and the cutest tote bag - their merch is available for purchase 💕 My session was intense considering it’s been a while since I had Pilates, but Tandee was so accommodating and allowed us to take it easy and allow our bodies to slow down with breathing exercises.
