Have you tried giving him a walking aid (with wheels for example) to teach him the proper walking technique in a safe way? Also daily balance training? I know this might be a challenge but you could look up what kind of exercise is advised for children with his condition and what might help him in the long run. He seems to be handling himself well despite everything i'm sure there is still some stuff that could help him in his daily life 🫶🏻
