My ex used to pretend he wasn’t angry with me so I would voluntarily get into the car, once I was in he would slam his foot on the gas and start smashing my head into the passenger seat window, he’d drive on the wrong side of the highway, he’d mount the footpath, would narrowly avoid putting us in a head on collision by swerving at the very last second…that particular night I remember as soon as we pulled up I jumped from the car and ran down some side streets, ended up hiding underneath a random car while he slowly drove down each road with his high beams on…I’ve never felt fear like that before.

I was talking to this guy for a few months then we went to a pool party. At that pool party there was a bunch of people. I didn’t know men and women and I was just kind and talking to people and enjoying drinks. After afterwards, he wouldn’t talk to me. He said I’m a terrible woman for talking to other men and basically implying that I’m some type of whore. When I ask them to calm down and just explain what I even did, he was like I can’t calm down when I feel like this. I just wanna punch things. I was like you don’t have to tell me twice and I blocked them everywhere and never talk to him again.
