When you are alone, who are you with? If you read, learn, and develop yourself, when you sit with yourself you are sitting with an interesting person. The time will be enjoyable. And if you are empty on the inside, no ideas, no interests, nothing worth thinking about, when you sit with yourself you are sitting with an empty person. The time will be dull. Loneliness is not the problem. The problem is when you are the problem while being alone. Work on yourself. Read. Learn. Grow.
