key: (lumine abyss twin) (aether mc) landed in tey at via spaceship, lumine left first without aether did stuff, got to celestia and then got summoned by khaenri'ah, eventually the cataclysm happened and lumine went and got aether and tried to escape, they got stopped by asmoday and then were separated, aether woke up 500ish years later and begin the journey through teyvat, no doubt lumine already had ties to asmoday so she wasnt affected and could carry on journeying throught teyvat whereas asmoday had no use for us

We arrived in the spaceship, when we tried to leave we got separated by asmoday. I haven’t done the story yet but I believe they summoned the abyss twin after they got separated and that’s why the other twin woke up later?

As we saw in Nod-Krai, they arrived by spaceship. But strangely, Lumine came from outside rather than emerging from the spaceship. She awakened Aether, and they then tried to escape from Teyvat, but Asmoday stopped them. Now we've learned that Khaenri'ah summoned Lumine. The reason why she arrived without exiting the spaceship is now clear: she was teleported elsewhere. It actually makes sense, because in the animations they made in 2020 or 2021, they depicted the moment when Khaenri'ah summoned Lumine (abyys twin). Nothing has changed except for the spaceship. From day one, Traveler had already said that Asmoday stopped them when they tried to leave Teyvat. And also, in the animation they made in 2021, we already saw Khanriah summoning Lumine using a device. The only thing that's changed in the lore is the spaceship; everything else is fine, you just need to research the lore a bit.

I think the first time we came was by the space ship then when leaving with our sibling we get separated and we get into two different time lines for the abyss sibling they went into the time of khaenriah while we went to the present

Well allow me to clear things for you, first as mentioned in act 8 in the Nod Krai Archon Quest that the spaceship came across Teyvat didn't stop but passed it and it slowed down as it got near it. As the Traveler stated that at that time the other Twin left the spaceship and went to Teyvat that explains why they weren't both in the spaceship at the time of the Cataclysm, the Twin is most likely went to Celestia around that time and then got summoned from Celestia by Hroptatyr to Kheanria'h which made them lose their memories as AS said they had no memories in the time they lived in Kheanria'h they started to regain their memories including their twin( the Traveler) and looked everywhere for them and didn't find them anywhere. At the time of the Cataclysm Deridith came to the AB and told them that their sibling is looking for them and showed them the spaceship key as a proof (she got it via a paradox created by Istaroth) and went looking for the Traveler who was still at the spaceship, woke them up and tried to leave Teyvat where Asmoday stopped and separated them. And here idk where the AB woke up, did they wake up in Teyvat and traveler with Dainsleif or were they in the damage coffin in the Tample of Space.

The Tsaritsa had her memory wiped, so they could have altered the Traveler's memory too, I don't think they're changing the plot itself, but rather that there will be a huge plot twist explaining why the Traveler remembers events incorrectly

when we went to the temple of space we came across a "damaged coffin" and our abyss twin used to be in that before hyropetir (idk if I spelled his name correctly) summoned him from celestia , this is the only thing that matches things up

the abyss sibling being summoned to khaenri'ah had been revealed since sumeru, this isn't new information. with all the new information, the timeline is simple: the traveler and abyss sibling received a communication transmission before leaving their world, while traveling through space they remain in hibernation chambers, the spaceship arrives in teyvat the 1st time which is when khaenri'ah summons the abyss sibling from the hibernation chamber resulting in their amnesia, the spaceship leaves for a bit while the sibling has their adventure in khaenri'ah, the ship returns and crashes in teyvat landing in nod-krai, the cataclysm starts and the sibling meets direidyth somewhere near natlan or sumeru, sibling goes looking for the traveler and finds the spaceship and wakes the traveler up, they try to leave and get stopped by asmoday, she separates the two sending the sibling to the temple of space where asmoday starts following the sibling, the traveler who just woke up entering into an adrenaline rush then shock from being separated from the sibling is in nod-krai in a state of confusion and fatigue, the traveler now suffering from partial amnesia only engender their sibling and the unknown god ends up in mondstadt.

I think the reason we’re both confused is because the newer lore makes Lumine and Asmoday’s history seem like it happened before the opening scene. If Asmoday was already Lumine’s companion/interacting with her before the opening confrontation, then that would mean their relationship happened sometime after the twins arrived in Teyvat but before the scene where both twins fight Asmoday and get separated. That’s what makes the timeline confusing, because the original opening made it seem like the twins basically arrived in Teyvat and then immediately encountered Asmoday. But now we’re being told there were events involving Lumine, her sibling, the spaceship, Paimon, and Asmoday that happened before that opening scene. So I’m not saying the story is definitely a plot hole, because there could still be something we’re missing or a future explanation. I’m just saying I understand why you’re confused, because the game hasn’t clearly connected all of these events together yet.

We arrive by spaceship, abyss sibling appears in celestia (most likely summoned) then they’re summoned to khaenri’ah at the same time as paimon. There they are used to hold a large amount of abyssal power which is divided into 6ths, one for each sinner and the abyss sibling. Cataclysm starts and the abyss sibling learns that the traveler woke up and left the ship. Abyss sibling finds traveler and they try to leave which is when they encounter asmoday.

are we forgetting that the abyss twin never exited the spaceship? yet they came running towards it back in Nod Krai. somehow the abyss twin found their way to celestia how? we will know at some point. about the spaceship: we NEVER saw how they arrived, we only saw them trying to LEAVE after their spaceship crashlanded.

What I think happened is that the twin got ejected of our spaceship while we were passing over Teyvat the first time, Asmoday found our twin and lock them up in the temple of space (there's a broken cell near the place where we fight the quest boss, and it's our siblings), then Hroptatyr and Pierro summoned our siblings and Paimon, they don't remember anything about who they are and us, we end up crash landing in Nod-Krai, they remember who they are Diredeith gives them the key, they come to wake us, we leave and end up being stopped by Asmoday and we sleep for another 500 years. The twin might get locked up once more after waking us since the cell is destroyed but that doesn't explain what we see in the last AQ.

They came to Teyvat via spaceship, both in cryostasis, Abyss Twin with memory loss gets summoned by Khaenriah, opening scene of the shooting stars happens and it’s them trying to leave Teyvat after Khaenriahs fall but they encounter Asmoday. We get separated again and the Abyss Twin goes in their journey to avenge Khaenriah bc they blame themselves for prioritising us the first time

We originally arrived via spaceship we were asleep for longer than lumine and it was most likely during that time she was in celestia and summoned down to kahnreia during the fall of kahnyreia she left and went to find us where we were then stopped by asmoday

The twin was in Celestia or the ship was seen as something similar in the spell’s eyes and got summoned from there. They both arrived via ship but somehow the twin got out before us.

The twins received the dragon signal and after finishing our their things they head to Teyvat for the first time (unknowingly years after the message was sent), they can't find Teyvat because of the HP cloaking tech Lusalim created so they leave, then a huge gap of currently unconfirmed timeline, then they try Teyvat again and are successful, our twin is asleep in the ship in Nod Krai and the other twin is currently unconfirmed, then when we're still asleep the other twin ends up in Celestia and then summoned to Khaenriah by Hyroptatr, we wake up, then the Diredyth quest happens (minus the creation of new Khaenriah using the loom and night kingdom, that was current day) and then the cataclysm, twins try to flee after realising the key paradox which is then the opening cutscene of us trying to leave then Asmoday stops us, puts us to sleep and traps our sibling in the temple of space, time passes (again unconfirmed info ATM) and then we wake up and fish Paimon out the water. Confirmed that we were separated over 500 years ago, long enough before the cataclysm for our twin to be in Celestia long enough to be recognised as one of them and long enough to be recognised as a power figure in Khaenriah a while before the cataclysm happened.
