Crispy on the outside, fluffy and incredibly creamy inside — pure comfort food! 🤤🔥 Ingredients: For the potatoes: 🥔 Large baking potatoes — 3 🫒 Olive oil — 1 tbsp 🧂 Salt — to taste 🧈 Butter — 1 tbsp For the chicken: 🍗 Chicken breast — 1 large 🫒 Olive oil — 1 tbsp 🌶 Smoked paprika — 1 tsp 🧄 Garlic powder — ½ tsp 🧂 Salt — to taste ⚫️ Black pepper — to taste For the creamy garlic sauce: 🧄 Garlic — 3 cloves, finely minced 🧈 Butter — 1 tbsp 🥛 Heavy cream — 200 ml 🧀 Parmesan — 40 g, finely grated 🌿 Fresh parsley — 2 tbsp, chopped For the topping: 🧀 Grated cheese — 100 g 🌿 Fresh parsley — for garnish Recipe: Rub the whole potatoes with olive oil and salt, then bake at 200°C until completely tender inside with beautifully crispy skins. Cut the chicken breast into medium bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Cook the chicken in a hot skillet with a little olive oil until golden on the outside and completely cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Add butter and minced garlic, then gently sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, add Parmesan and stir until the sauce becomes smooth, thick and creamy. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat every piece generously in the creamy garlic sauce. Finish with a little fresh parsley. Cut a deep lengthwise opening along the top of each baked potato without cutting completely through. Gently open them and fluff the soft potato inside with a fork. Add a little butter and salt. Generously fill each potato with the creamy garlic chicken and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven until the cheese is fully melted, bubbling and lightly golden. Finish with fresh parsley and serve while everything is still hot and creamy.
