@prosperx7official: At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (held in 2021), South Korean archers An San and Kim Je-deok produced one of the rarest moments in competitive archery history during the mixed team event. In the semifinals against Mexico, Kim Je-deok shot a perfect 10. An San’s following arrow struck the exact center of Kim’s arrow already lodged in the target, splitting the shaft cleanly a feat known as a “Robin Hood.” Both arrows scored the maximum 10 points. The shot occurred at the full Olympic distance of 70 meters under outdoor conditions. Experts calculated that An San’s arrow must have been aligned within roughly 0.2 mm of the center of the previous shaft. It is widely regarded as the first time such a Robin Hood was clearly captured on camera during Olympic competition. #olympics #archer #worldrecord
